Today, we come before you with a heartfelt and transparent update regarding the status of our beloved project, SpiritBomb. We want to express our gratitude for your unwavering support and dedication as we announce that will be stopping the project.

We think we have developed a fresh and innovative NFT game during our project lifespan. Unfortunately, due to an inability to align our priorities and finalize steps to make SpiritBomb a viable project right now, we have made the difficult decision to halt the project.

Launching a successful web3 application requires immense time, patience, financial resources, and focus. Our passion and dedication to the project has remained unwavering.

Termination of the $SBMB token

In light of this decision, and to ensure a fair transfer of the existing liquidity towards the holders, we have removed the liquidity from PCS. We will allow every holder to swap their tokens from $SBMB to $BNB, based on the number of tokens that specific user hold. Your trust in our project has meant the world to us, and we want to ensure that you are treated fairly. Like this you will have some liquid $BNB tokens instead of illiquid $SBMB tokens, we feel this might come in handy while the markets are starting to look getting better and possibly turning into a bull market.

Distribution of available $BNB liquidity — claim ASAP

A snapshot of $SBMB holders has been made today. For 3 months, ending 24 October 2023, each holder with at least 2M $SBMB tokens (worth >$1 USD) will have the opportunity to request a swap at the pre-defined price of 0,000000002061 $BNB per $SBMB ($0,0000004926 USD with $BNB price at $293 USD). This is >2,9x the price $SBMB is currently trading at.

We aim to send back the corresponding $BNB as soon as we can. Please be aware; transferring, buying or selling the $SBMB token will void your eligibility to claim the $BNB.

We are still bullish on the concept and there is still a possibility (part of) the team will proceed pursuing our initial goals and bring this project to life. Hence we will not delete, but mute the group chat until further notice. If this project comes back to life, the people who’ve been sticking with us for so long will be the first to know. Of course our $SBMB holders have been all recorded on chain and will not be forgotten.
